Yulin Energy licenses Ineos technology YULIN, CHINA (October 26, 2009) -- China’s Yulin Energy and Chemical Co. Ltd. has signed a licensing agreement with Ineos Technologies for polypropylene and polyethylene factories it plans to build
in Shaanxi province, China. Both factories, to be located outside Yulin, are expected to be operational in 2013.
